Amalgamated Security Regional Recognition Awards for Law Enforcement 2019
Each year, the Amalgamated Security Services Limited (ASSL) Regional Recognition Awards Programme for Public Law Enforcement, in collaboration with the Association of Caribbean Commissioners of Police (ACCP), acknowledges and awards Top Law Enforcement Officers across the Caribbean region. The programme recognizes a total of nine outstanding Police Officers from member countries of the ACCP, with three Awardees per each of the three categories: Top Caribbean Community Policing Officer | Top Caribbean Crime Fighter | Top Caribbean Career Move
In 2019 the fifth annual Amalgamated Security Services Regional Recognition Award Programme for Public Law Enforcement ceremony was held in the Cayman Islands. The 2019 Awardees are:

- Superintendent Mashama Sealy, St. Lucia (1st Place Winner)
- Superintendent Na’imah Astwood, Bermuda (1st Runner Up)
- Chief Inspector (Ag) Everton Spence, Cayman Islands (2nd Runner Up)
Top Caribbean Crime Fighter:
- Detective Constable Shonel Cummings, Grenada (1st Place Winner)
- Detective Sergeant (Ag) Kenval Bryan, Cayman Islands (1st Runner Up)
- Inspector (Ag) Robert Joseph, Trinidad, and Tobago (2nd Runner Up)
Top Caribbean Community Policing Officer:
- Inspector (Ag) Veldon Ragguette, OH, Antigua and Barbuda (1st Place Winner)
- Senior Constable Esnard Flavius, St. Lucia (1st Runner Up)
